2023 Annual Report and 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Company has today sent copies of the following documents to its shareholders:

1.    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023, which have been based on the information disclosed in the Final Results Announcement made on 6 December 2023;

2.    Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 March 2024; and

3.    Form of Proxy in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 March 2024.

In accordance with Rule 9.6.1R of the FCA's Listing Rules, copies of each of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Group's website at www.paragonbankinggroup.co.uk.
