Change of Name

On 21 September 2017, the Company announced a Strategic Reorganisation and advised that it was changing its name to Paragon Banking Group PLC.

The Company now confirms this change took place on 21 September 2017.

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights.  New issues of share certificates will be in the new name of the Company.  Existing certificates will remain valid and replacement certificates will not be issued in the name of Paragon Banking Group PLC.

The Company's new website address is www.paragonbankinggroup.co.uk which replaces the previous website (www.paragon-group.co.uk).
