Final Dividend Announcement

As announced as part of its full year results on 3 December 2024, the Directors of Paragon Banking Group PLC have proposed a final dividend of 27.2p per ordinary share for the year ended 30 September 2024 for approval at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 5 March 2025.

Subject to approval at the AGM, the dividend is expected to be paid on 7 March 2025 to shareholders on the Register of Members at close of business on Thursday 6 February 2025 .
