The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces that on 27 November 2015 Richard Woodman, a director of the Company, has exercised awards over 20,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each in the Company under the Paragon Deferred Annual Bonus Share Plan for nil consideration and retained all of the shares awarded.

Further, Richard Woodman has ceased to be beneficially interested in 901 Ordinary Shares of £1 each following the transfer of both legal and beneficial interest in these shares to his adult son who has ceased to be a Connected Person.
