Notification of Share Transaction by Director and Allotment of Shares to Employee Trust

The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces that Nicholas Keen, a director of the Company, has, on 27 February 2014, exercised awards over 397,096 Ordinary Shares of £1 each in the Company under the Paragon Performance Share and Deferred Annual Bonus Share Plans for nil consideration and sold all of the shares awarded for £4.0032 per share.

Separately, on 26 February 2014, The Paragon Group of Companies PLC Employee Trust was allotted 350,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC at par value.  The shares were acquired to meet awards as they mature and are exercised under The Paragon Group of Companies Performance Share Plan, in which the Group's executive directors and certain of the Group's senior employees have participated from time to time.

Following the purchase of the shares and the exercise of the share awards reported above, the total shares held by the Company's various employee trusts is 1,369,991.
