Paragon announces that Non-Executive Director Peter Hartill, the Company's former Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair, will retire on 30 September 2020.

Fiona Clutterbuck, the Company's Chair, said:

"Peter was first appointed to the Board in February 2011 and has made an invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 10 years, both as Audit Committee Chair and as Senior Independent Director.
