Sub: Intimation for Allotment of 39193 number of Equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under PPL- Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ESOP - 2021”).
This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed today i.e. 17[th] April, 2024, has allotted in aggregate 39,193 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP - 2021 of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased as under:
