1. Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The 43[rd] Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 3.00 P.M through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).

2. Record date

The Board of Directors had, at its meeting held on 6[th] May 2025, recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval by the members of the Company at the 43[rd] AGM

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, 22[nd] August, 2025 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the members to receive dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The dividend, upon approval by the members at the AGM, will be paid within the stipulated period of 30 days of its approval.
