Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun, 14.06.2022 tarih ve 2022/13 sayılı kararı ile Borsa İstanbul'da (BİST) oluşan hisse değerlerimizin pandemi süreci ve sonrasında gelişen piyasa ve pazar koşulları ile küresel ölçekte yaşanan ekonomik gelişmelerin faaliyet gösterdiğimiz sektörlere ve Türkiye sermaye piyasalarına yansımalarının bir sonucu Şirketimiz faaliyetlerinin gerçek performansını yansıtmaması nedeniyle, Şirketimizin BIST'te işlem gören paylarına ilişkin başlatılan geri alım işlemleri çerçevesinde; 16.06.2022-21.03.2023 tarihleri arasında 214.000 adet PAPIL payı, (şirket sermayesine oranı %0,62) ortalama 14,48 TL fiyat ve toplam 3.099.161 TL satın alma bedeli ile pay geri alım işlemi tamamlanmıştır.
14.06.2022 tarih ve 2022/13 sayılı kararda yer verilen koşulların ortadan kalkması ve PAPIL paylarında gerçekleşen performans sebebiyle, 14.06.2022 tarihinde başlatılan pay geri alım işlemlerinin sonlandırılması 23.09.2024 tarih ve 2024/19 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile kabul edilmiştir.
