Pantoro Limited – General Meeting

Pantoro Limited ( ASX:PNR ) ( Pantoro , or the Company ) will hold a General Meeting of shareholders at 10:00 am AWST on 1 April 2025 at the Country Women’s Association, 1176 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005 ( GM ).

In accordance with section 110D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Pantoro will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of General Meeting ( Notice ) to shareholders who have not previously opted in to receiving electronic copies. Instead, a copy of the Notice will be available under the ASX Announcements section of our website at www.pantoro.com.au.
