Pantoro Limited – General Meeting

Pantoro Limited (ASX:PNR) ( Pantoro or the Company ) will be a General Meeting of shareholders at 1:00 pm AWST on Friday, 24 March 2023 at the Country Women’s Association, 1176 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005 ( General Meeting ).

In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021 (Cth), Pantoro will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of General Meeting ( Notice ) to shareholders who have not previously opted in to receiving electronic copies. Instead, a copy of the Notice will be available under the ASX Announcements section of our website at www.pantoro.com.au.
