Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, is pleased to announce that, at the Adjourned AGM of the Company held earlier today, Resolution 1 to receive and adopt the Company's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 together with the Directors' report and auditor's report on those accounts, was duly passed.
