Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The AGM adjourned Resolution 1 to receive and adopt the Company's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 together with the Directors' report and auditor's report on those accounts ("the Accounts"), to a future date, when the Accounts will have been circulated for the appropriate length of time.
