Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 8 were passed unanimously. Resolution 9, to give the directors the authority to make a payment of up to £25,000 by way of donation to the UK Independence Party, was passed following a poll being taken (695,053 (votes in favour) and 410,768 (votes against)).
