The Company announces that it received notification on 10 May 2024 that on 10 May 2024, Nicholas O'Reilly, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 179,529 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for an aggregate sum of £9,284, at a price of 5.171 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr O'Reilly is now interested in 600,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.646% of the Company's existing issued Ordinary Share capital.
