SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Panther Metals Ltd ACN 614 676 578 ( ASX: PNT ) (“Company”) advises that the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow on 8 December 2025:

• 7,447,125 fully paid ordinary shares
