Dear Shareholder

General Meeting – Notice and Proxy Form

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting ( Meeting ) of Shareholders of Panther Metals Ltd ( Panther or the Company ) ( ASX:PNT ) will be held on Thursday 12[th] October 2023 at Level 2, 22 Mount Street, Perth, Western Australia, commencing at 11.00am (AWST).

In accordance with Part 1.2AA of the Corporations Act, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting ( NOM ). Instead, a copy of the NOM will be available to view and download from the Company’s website at https://www.panthermetals.com.au/asx-announcement

The Board has made the decision that it will hold a physical Meeting with the appropriate social gathering and physical distancing measures in place.

As you have not elected to receive notices by email, a copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Shareholders are encouraged to complete and lodge proxies either online or otherwise in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form and the Notice.

Your proxy voting instruction must be received by the Company’s share registry, Automic Pty Ltd, no later than 11.00am (AWST) on Tuesday 10[th] October 2023, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.

The NOM is important and should be read in its entirety. If you are in doubt as to the course of action you should follow, you should consult your financial adviser, lawyer, accountant or other professional adviser.
