Extension of Rights Issue Timetable
Panther Metals Ltd ( ASX: PNT ), ( Panther or the Company ) is pleased to provide an update to the non-renounceable rights issue timetable previously announced to the ASX on Monday 3 November 2025 (“ Rights Issue ”).
The Company has decided to extend the closing date to Friday, 28 November 2025.
The Rights Issue is open to all eligible shareholders who have a registered address within Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom and who hold shares on the Record Date (“ Eligible Shareholders ”).
The Offer Opening Date was yesterday, 12[th] November, and given that over half of the Company’s Eligible Shareholders have elected to receive documents by mail, it is likely that those documents will take more than a few days to be received by those shareholders. As a result the extension of the Closing Date will provide all Eligible Shareholders with additional time to consider the Rights Issue and to complete their application to participate.
