DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Ms Susannah Nicklin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of City of London Investment Group PLC with effect from 1 July 2017.

Upon joining the Board of City of London Investment Group PLC, Susannah will become a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and Chair of the Nominations Committee.
