PANTALEON Entertainment AG: Shareholder base successfully widened

Munich, August 03, 2017 – BlackMars Capital GmbH, Kronberg, has informed PANTALEON Entertainment AG that it has successfully completed the announced placement of shares and correspondingly has widened the shareholder base. As a result of the high demand, a stake of 10 percent of the Company’s share capital was placed. The shares were placed with renowned financial investors in Germany and abroad who are as of now able to participate in the future development of the company through the expansion of the free float.

The transaction was accompanied by Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG as the sole bookrunner.
