PANTAFLIX AG Management Board Member Nicolas Paalzow acquires 3% stake in the Company

Munich, 22 March 2018 – PANTAFLIX AG (GSIN: A12UPJ , ISIN: DE000A12UPJ7 ) announces that the Member of the Management Board Nicolas Paalzow has acquired a stake of around 3% in the Company as of today. Paalzow obtained 38,115 shares for a total amount of EUR 5,272,447.95 at a price of EUR 138.33.
