PANTAFLIX AG appoints former Managing Director of Sat.1 and ProSieben Nicolas Paalzow to Management Board

Munich, 23 October 2017 – PANTAFLIX AG is expanding its Management Board due to the company’s dynamic development. Nicolas Paalzow will join CEO Dan Maag and COO Stefan Langefeld on the Management Board in the role of Chief Production Officer (CPO) from 1 November 2017. The Supervisory Board of PANTAFLIX AG adopted the resolution to this effect unanimously on 23 October 2017.

Nicolas Paalzow has more than 25 years of experience in management positions at media companies, including as Managing Director of Sat.1, ProSieben and Kabel 1. Paalzow is also the Managing Director of the PANTAFLIX equity investment Creative Cosmos 15 GmbH.

CEO Dan Maag will continue to focus on the areas of strategy and international partnerships, while COO Stefan Langefeld’s attention will be on digital and new business development and the PANTAFLIX video-on-demand (VoD) platform. Maag and Paalzow will together oversee the company’s rapidly expanding production business. In addition to its customary field of cinema production, in recent years PANTAFLIX AG has also established itself as a leading company for the production of VoD content, a fact now reflected by the expansion of the Management Board.
