This is in with regards to our Announcement dated 1^st October, 2021 pertaining to the appointment of Ms. Shreya Agarwal as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Director of Pansari Developers Limited.

We would like to state that as per the requirement of the above mentioned Circular, the Board of Directors of Pansari Developers Limited while considering the appointment of Ms. Shreya Agarwal as Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Director of the Company, had verified that the said person is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI order.

Accordingly, we hereby confirm compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018 read along with NSE Circular dated June 20, 2018 and affirm that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
