• 1. Considered and approved the Postal Ballot Notice.
• 1. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Prakash Shaw, Proprietor of Prakash Shaw & Company, Practicing Company Secretary, as a Scrutinizer to scrutinize the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
