ILKKA MUJUNEN TO BECOME SHAREHOLDER IN HEATMASTERS GROUP OY

CEO Ilkka Mujunen has become a shareholder in Heatmasters Group Oy, which is
part of the Panostaja group. After the arrangement his stake in Heatmasters
Group Ltd is 20 %. Ilkka Mujunen is the CEO of Heatmasters Group Oy since 2013.

Heatmasters Group Oy specializes in metal heat treatment services and supplying
related machines and equipment. The company has its Finnish operating units in
Lahti and Varkaus. It derives a significant part of its net sales from foreign
associated companies located in Sweden and Poland.
