MANAGING DIRECTOR RESIGNS AT PANOSTAJA'S SUBSIDIARY TAKOMA OYJ

Lasse Mannola, the Managing Director of Panostaja Oyj´s subsidiary Takoma Oyj,
has asked to be released for his position to pursue new opportunities outside
Takoma Oyj. Lasse Mannola continues to work as a Managing Director until 11th
August 2015.
