PANOSTAJA OYJ'S SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM EXPANDS

Miikka Laine (M.Sc.[Econ.], LL.M.) (43) has been nominated as Panostaja Oyj's
new Investment Director and Senior Management Team member. Laine will take up
his new post by 1 January 2016 at the latest. Laine has extensive experience in
corporate acquisitions and strategic development of SMEs. Currently he serves
as shareholder and CFO at the Finnsweet Holding Oy group. He has previously
served as Investment Director and stakeholder in the private equity company
Profita Management Oy, as a director in Nokia Oyj's corporate acquisitions unit
and held various positions in the investment banking sector (FIM, Pohjola).
