NEW CEO TO START AT PANOSTAJA´S SUBSIDIARY TAKOMA OYJ

Ari Virtanen, the CEO of Panostaja Oyj´s subsidiary Takoma Oyj, has been
released from his duties as of 14 February 2014. Takoma Oyj´s Financial
Director Ilkka Miettinen has been elected as the new CEO.
