NEW APPOINTMENT AT PANOSTAJA OYJ – ILKKA MUJUNEN BECOMES MANAGING DIRECTOR AT HEATMASTERS GROUP OY

Ilkka Mujunen M.Sc.(Tech.) (48) has been invited to become Managing Director of
Heatmasters Group Oy, which is part of the Panostaja Group. Mujunen has diverse
experience of international business extending back more than 20 years. He will
assume his duties as Managing Director no later than November 27, 2013. The
current Managing Director of Heatmasters Group Oy, Juha Saarikunnas, will
continue in his duties until the new Managing Director, Ilkka Mujunen, begins,
after which Saarikunnas will leave the service of the Group. We would like to
thank Juha for the work he has done for Heatmasters Group.

Heatmasters Group Oy specializes in metal heat treatment services and supplying
related machines and equipment. The company has its Finnish operating units in
Lahti and Varkaus. It derives a significant part of its net sales from foreign
associated companies located in Sweden and Poland.
