Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin, 6th May 2010 14:00 NOMINATION IN PANOSTAJA - HANNU POUTIAINEN BECOMES MANAGING DIRECTOR AT ALFA-KEM Mr. Hannu Poutiainen, 39, has become a partner and been appointed Managing Director at Oy Alfa-Kem Ab which is part of the Panostaja group. Prior to this, Poutiainen worked as Business Unit Director, Demolition and Construction Waste Business for Kuusakoski Oy. Poutiainen takes up his role as Managing Director on 7th June 2010. Mr. Jukkapekka Porali, present Managing Director at Oy Alfa-Kem Ab, is due to serve the Company in the change process after which he will move to a new position outside the Group. Oy Alfa-Kem Ab is a techno-chemical company, which business idea is to manufacture, develop and market techno-chemicals for professional use, and products such as industrial chemicals and substances that are used in cleaning and catering. The Company is located in Lahti and it has 19 employees.
