Note: In terms of the Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") dated January 14, 2026, executed by and between the Acquirers and the promoters and members of the promoter group of Pankaj Polymers Limited (Target Company), the Acquirers have completed the acquisition of 32,23,627 Equity Shares, representing 58.15% of the voting equity share capital of the Target Company. Pursuant to this acquisition, the Acquirers: (a) hold 32,23,627 Equity Shares, representing 58.15% of the voting equity share capital of the Target Company; (b) are the majority shareholder in and exercises control over the Target Company; and (c) have been classified as a promoter of the Target Company.

(*) Total share capital/ voting capital to be taken as per the latest filing done by the company to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 31 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI (LODR) Regulations").
