The Board of Panevezio statybos trestas AB has taken the decision to acquire to the ownership of the company 46,100 (forty six thousand one hundred) ordinary registered shares, the nominal value of each share being 28.96 Eur (twenty eight Euros, 96 ct), of Seskines projektai UAB, company code 302561768, which make 100 per cents of the authorised capital of Seskines projektai UAB.
