Pandora — Major Shareholding Notification 2013

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. the
Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, the
following is hereby announced:

Pewic Holding ApS has informed PANDORA as follows:

In connection with an internal restructuring as announced in the latest major
shareholder notice (cf. company announcement no. 114 from PANDORA) Pewic
Holding ApS has transferred a part of its shares in PANDORA to Per Algot
Enevoldsen and Christian Algot Enevoldsen, respectively, both of whom are
hereafter no longer shareholders in Pewic Holding ApS.

Following the transaction, Pewic Holding ApS (whose sole shareholder is now
Winnie Dahl), holds less than 5% of the share capital and the voting rights of
PANDORA and consequently, Pewic Holding ApS is no longer a major shareholder.

Likewise, Per Algot Enevoldsen and Christian Algot Enevoldsen both hold less
than 5% of the share capital and the voting rights of PANDORA.

No sale of PANDORA-shares in the market has taken place in connection with the
transfer. The aggregate owner interest of the Enevoldsen family in PANDORA
remains the same as prior to the transfer. The Enevoldsen family has not
realised any shares in PANDORA as part of the internal transfer.
