TRANSACTIONS BY EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES AND CLOSELY ASSOCIATED PERSONS IN THE PANDORA A/S SHARE

Pandora hereby reports transactions in shares by executive employees and/or closely associated persons.

Birgitta Stymne Göransson, Board member of Pandora, has reported purchase of 1,000 shares at a total price of DKK 254,050 in Pandora, and now holds a total of 2,000 shares.
