COURSE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in PANDORA A/S, Bjørn Gulden was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors consequently consists of:

Marcello Vittorio Bottoli (chairman), Povl Christian Lütken Frigast (deputy chairman), Torben Ballegaard Sørensen, Andrea Dawn Alvey, Nikolaj Vejlsgaard, Anders Boyer-Søgaard, Ronica Wang and Bjørn Gulden.
