ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AT PANDORA A/S

Pandora A/S' Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 April 2011.

Shareholders who would like to have specific issues on the agenda for the
Annual General Meeting must submit a written request to the Board of Directors
no later than 24 February 2011. Requests should be sent by email to
