Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, has informed us according to article
21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Panamax
Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 75%
threshold of the voting rights on September 25, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 81.66% (this corresponds to 1289526 voting rights).
