Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at New Delhi, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, notice of the said meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company.
Further, with reference to our earlier announcement dated June 30, 2021 intimating the Closure of Trading Window pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company till July 25, 2021 and the same will re-open from July 26, 2021.
