Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in continuation to our letter dated December 09, 2024 alongwith copy of resignation letter dated December 02, 2024 from Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Vice President - Manufacturing Excellence of the Company, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sub-para 7 of Para A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
We would like to inform you that Mr. Rajesh Kumar has now been relieved from his duties with effect from close of business hours on December 31, 2024 at 05:45 P.M.
It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above.
Further, disclosure required pursuant SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / CFD / CFD-PoDl / P / CIR / 2023 / 123 dated July 13, 2023, with regard to change in Senior Management Personnel is as under:
