Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we would like to inform you that Mr. Mohammed Shafiqur Rahman, Vice President - Regulatory Affairs of the Company, designated as Senior Management Personnel, has been relieved from the services on July 31, 2025 after having served the Company for twenty two years. Consequently, Mr. Mohammed Shafiqur Rahman has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel with effect from the close of business hours on July 31, 2025.
Since the above change in Senior Management Personnel is due to superannuation, the requirement for the Resignation Letter is not applicable in this case.
The details required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith as Annexure - A .
