Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we would like to inform you that Mr. Bal Krishan Saini, Senior Vice President - Head Pharma Plant Operations & Corporate Project and Engineering Head has been designated as the Senior Management Personnel of the Company’s material wholly owned subsidiary, Panacea Biotec Pharma Limited (“PBPL”) w.e.f. November 13, 2025.

The requisite details in the specified format as per the Master Circular issued by SEBI vide reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and other circulars as may be applicable from time to time, is annexed herewith as Annexure A.

He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, leadership management training from ISB, cGMP training, and advanced degrees including M. Tech and PG Diploma in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety. Prior to his joining, he was acting as Director (VP) – Operations at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd., leading multi- plants sterile and OSD manufacturing facilities, overseeing production, engineering, warehousing, and EHS. He has also held several positions at various companies including Akorn India, Wockhardt Ltd. and Unichem Laboratories Ltd.
