Sub.: Intimation regarding resignation of Key Managerial Personnel (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company

Re.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), we would like to inform you that Mr. Devender Gupta, Chief Financial Officer and Head Information Technology designated as Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") and Senior Management Personnel of the Company has, vide his letter dated November 26, 2025, tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on account of personal reasons, with a request to relieve him from the duties on or before December 15, 2025.

The Company has accepted his resignation, and his last working day would be December 15, 2025.

Consequent to his resignation, he shall cease to be KMP authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.

The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by him and for his contribution during his tenure as CFO of the Company.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.

A copy of the said resignation letter received from Mr. Devender Gupta is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.

In view of the above, Mr. Amit Gupta, General Manager - Accounts & Finance of the Company, shall be in charge of the accounts and finance function.
