Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we would like to inform you that Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Sr. General Manager - Quality (Pharma & Oncology) of the Company’s material subsidiary, Panacea Biotec Pharma Limited (“Senior Management Personnel of Material Subsidiary”) has vide its letter dated March 10, 2024 tendered his resignation with a request to relieve him from the duties on March 31, 2024, due to personal reasons.
PBPL has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the duties accordingly.
Further, disclosure required pursuant SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDl/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, regarding change in Senior Management Personnel is given herein below:
