Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we regret to inform about the sad demise of Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Independent Director of the Company on October 16, 2024.

Mr. Bhupinder Singh was Independent Director of the Company since April 08, 2019. During his tenure as Director on the Board, the Company has immensely benefited from his thorough knowledge and rich experience as a member of the Board and Committee thereof.
