Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Meeting Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., Friday, 22nd May, 2026 at A - 42/03, Second Floor, Sector - 62, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301 which commenced at 06:15 P.M. and concluded at 7:00 P.M., inter-alia has considered and approved:

1. Appointment of Ms. Sheetal Sharma (DIN: 11734809) as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 22nd May, 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of members of the company for a tenure of 5 consecutive years commencing from May 22nd 2026. The Board noted that Ms. Sheetal Sharma is not disqualified from being appointed as a Director and meets the criteria of independence under applicable provisions. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 ("SEBI Circular") is also attached herewith as Annexure I.
