Kindly take notice that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company notified to be held on Monday 08th February 2021 has been postponed and it will now be held on 14th February, 2021 at the registered office of the Company to transact the agenda;

1. Consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.

Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the company’s securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from February 01, 2021 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company, i.e. close of working hours of February 14, 2021 (both days inclusive).
