NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of PAN Electronics (India) Limited is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2021, Saturday at the registered office of the Company at 16B, Peenya Industrial Area Phase – 1, Bangalore – 560058, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2021 and any other matter proposed by chairman of the meeting.

Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the company’s securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from August 09, 2021 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company, i.e. close of working hours of August 14, 2021 (both days inclusive).
