Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Safecharge International Group (UK, constituent) by 11411802 Canada Inc (non constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Safecharge International Group (UK, BYMK425) will be deleted from the FTSE AIM 100 Index.

Pan African Resources (UK, 0430049) will be added to the FTSE AIM 100 Index.

All changes are effective from 01 August 2019.
