These 2,000,000 shares were previously distributed to the reporting person by the Moroun Grantor Trust and were reported as indirectly beneficially owned by the Moroun Grantor Trust in the reporting person's prior reports. The reporting person serves as trustee of the 2020 Lindsay Moroun Trust and the Moroun Grantor Trust.
