Sub: Intimation of Completion of tenure Mr. S. Vijaya Saradhi (DIN: 03089889) as an Independent Director of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, this is to inform that Mr. S. Vijaya Saradhi has completed his second and final term of 5 (five) consecutive years as an Independent Director of the Company and consequently has ceased to be Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on May 13, 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Mr. S. Vijaya Saradhi during his association with the Company as an Independent Director.

Consequent to the Completion of the said second term of Mr. S. Vijaya Saradhi, as an Independent Director of the Company, his membership and chairmanship in various committees of the Board also cease to exist.

The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are annexed herewith as Annexure – A.
